On the final day of Yeltsin Cup-2015, 21th June, in the match played Czech Republic and Kazakhstan.
Firstly, important to say that the basic Kazakhstan’s team composition has changed a lot for this match, because of injured players: Anarbayeva, Anarkulova and Nassedkina. However, Kazakh’s girls didn’t seem weaker than their rivals. Both teams played as equals. Even Kazakh’s block worked well enough against Czech’s attack. In general, this game wasn’t less spectacular than the match with Russians day before. By the end of the first set, the Czech’s national team strengthened their attacks and the balls became more rapid and well-aimed. (25:21)
In second set Czechs increased the degree of struggle and not allowed themselves to make mistakes. (25:18)
Results of the third set was obvious from the first minutes, Czech’s ladies were already undefeatable. And they have won the set. And the match. (25:17)

“Thank you for your congratulations with the 3rd place. However, to be honest, at the beginning of the tournament we have expected much more from our team. But in the first match against China, we have seen our mistakes and have noticed them. So, today’s match we have become more confident, fulfilled many skills. After Yeltsin Cup-2015 we are waiting for Grand Prix, in which we are in a very difficult group. ”

Match Russia against China. (3:0)
In final match of Yeltsin Cup-2015 met each other national teams of Russia and China. Both teams were unbeaten on this tournament. 5000th seats Sports Palace was crowded. Support for both teams was impressive.
Since first seconds on court Russian girls went forward with 5 score advantage. After 3 minutes of game, Youquan Chen, head coach of China, took a timeout. And for the first time of all tournament Chinese girls allowed their rivals to come off at 9 points. Their coach used all timeous for the first 7 minutes of match. After, Youquan Chen began to use replacements. But Russian’s beauties played awesome and have won the first set with tournament’s record (18 minutes at all, previously was 23 minutes). (25:10)
In second set, balls from both sides cut through the air at supersonic speeds. But, unfortunately, Russians made much more mistakes and Chinese girls immediately used this weakness. But Russian’s national team has won the set again. (25:21)
The third set made all Russian fans nervous, but Russians already become invincible and nothing was able to stop them. With loud support from their fans, national team of Russian has won the tournament(25:15) of Boris Yeltsin for the ninth time.

“I congratulate Russia with a deserved victory. It is totally justified! Today we had a very poor reception, and that is why I am not satisfied. Russians are much higher than we are, so it was hard to flip the ball over the net. Now we are waiting for the world championship. ”

The second match Russia vs Kazakhstan was a clash of a leader and outsider of tournament table. The match turned out to be probably the most intense one out of all four days of the Cup.
Russia starts out with series of mistakes which turns into a 4-point gap for Kazakhstan. Then manages to close up the gap and go head to head till the set ending , taking the first set 28:26. In second set, Kazakhs didn’t give up and tried to go forward. Russia reacted immediately, Ksenia Ilchenko came in for Olga Biryukova and equalized the score. After, confident attacks by Natalia Malykh Russian ladies went in to second tech time out as absolute leaders. The ending of set is heating off again, both teams played the ball-in-ball. And in that battle of nerves Russia has won 32:30.
In third set Kazakhs girls loosened their grip, and Russians felt much more comfortable on court closing it up 25:18.
The best scorer on the Russian were Malykh, Kravchenko and Ilchenko. In Kazakhstan – Yagodina and Issaeva.

“It was planned today to play for the players who missed the previous matches. Specifically did not make any substitutions in difficult moments so the girls could check themselves. And they were capable of it! In first and second sets they proved themselves well and won. It is too early to speak about tomorrow’s match. Will see for tomorrow.”

“When the coach talks about psychology everyone believes it an excuse. Today’s opponent is very strong and our team is showing more powerful game. Congratulations to the Russian team, at this tournament they look much more solid than at last year’s edition”.
Day 4. Match China – Israel

On fourth day of Yeltsin Cup-2015, on 20th June, in first match national team of China played against Israel’s girls. Recently, both teams played with Kazakh’s team and Czechs. Significantly, for Chinese girls this tournament is very successful, they were invincible.
In first day of Yeltsin’s Cup, head coach of Israel said that, Israeli by their age more targeted to Chinese national team. Indeed, from the beginning teams played peer to peer. But to the end of first set Chinese beauties reinforced their defense and took first score (25:21).
In second one, Chinese team took 10 points of advantage over Israeli, and everyone has understood that they are able to win not only this match, but whole tournament. However, the Israel’s girls were not ready to give up. And the difference of 10 points is reduced to 1. But only one stupid mistake at score 24:24 and Chinese team has won second set(26:24).
In third set Chinese team was bound to win (25:21). And they have won the match. (3:0)

“Today is the last match of the tournament. And today, we played better than yesterday. This is our first game in that season and Yeltsin Cup-2015 as well. My team gave me pleasure. Honestly, I expected the worst, but we’re out of 4 games managed one victory. In August, we are waiting for the Euroleague, and this tournament was a great preparation. ”

“Tomorrow will be a very nice and hard game with Russia. First of all, we try to calm down and relax. I hope so much that the team is able to win tomorrow’s match, even though it will be very hard. ”
